I am going to be 46 next month. Feel more like 32..or maybe even 29. I have been into fitness for over 30 years. I have done everything from being an Aerobics Instructor (so long ago) to a Personal Fitness Trainer..to a Dog Walking Business Owner..everything with movement invovled! I LOVE Running..Yoga..Hiking..Walking (fast) and Reading Books!! I have TONS of energy, I have 2 sons…and Grand-daughter (yeah, really i do) and a most precious husband of 19 years!! We LOVE traveling to India..we sponser a Tibetan Monk and his sister..and we just basically love life.

Yin Yoga Day…
As you know I am training for my second marathon…and being as though I will be 46 next month..and am Injury Free..(knock wood) I am going to practice Yin Yoga today. Yin Yoga to me is so relaxing and Meditative…it’s almost like I’ve had an hour massage when I’m done! Honestly! I love it. So today Yin Yoga..tomorrow training run.The weather has been so beautiful. It’s so nice to have cool breeze’s blowing around here. So..off I go to unroll the yoga mat and my props! Have a beautiful day all!

Hello world!
Thanks to Lisa Sabin…here I am!! This is a very cool site and am excited to be a part of it all~ I am currently training for my second Los Angeles Marathon. I have been runnning for 29 years and love just as much as the day I started if not more.
I just finished a 6 miler and feel awesome..so off to the showers i go..more later!
